A vibrant and nurturing Primary school in Enfield Lock is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their inclusive support team.

This full-time, long-term role offers an excellent opportunity to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), contributing to a warm and supportive learning environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.

The Role:

· Supporting children with complex needs on a 1:1 or small group basis

· Helping teachers deliver fun, engaging lessons that every child can understand

· Working with the SENCO to put support plans in place and monitor progress

· Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour

· Carrying our personal care

The school is looking for someone who:

· Has extensive experience working with children or young people (SEND experience is desirable)

· Can communicate well and build warm, trusting relationships

· Is patient, flexible, and able to stay calm in a busy school environment

· Genuinely enjoys helping children grow and succeed
