LTS are seeking dedicated Outreach Tutors to provide one-to-one, face-to-face tuition for young people aged 4-25 with additional needs or young people who are currently not attending school for a variety of reasons.
Sessions take place in various different locations across the Enfield Borough. You could be tutoring in homes, local libraries or in schools.
You will be paid weekly from £30-35 an hour.
We're looking for educators who:
- are Qualified Teachers (QTS preferred, but not essential)
- have Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training
- have experience working in SEN; supporting those with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs

- Patience & Adaptability – able to engage and motivate students
- Organised & Professional – excellent communication and leadership skills
- Creative Thinkers – able to tailor lessons to individual student needs

What You’ll Do:
Provide personalised tuition to students who are currently not on a school roll, are non-attenders and/or have complex special needs.
You will need to plan, prepare and deliver the tuition sessions, travel between students' locations, liase with parents and carers and provide regular feedback in the form of reports.
