London Teaching Supply (LTS) have a fantastic new opportunity for a driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our team.

LTS is a small friendly company providing support for children with additional needs both in school and in other appropriate venues. We are located in a beautiful listed building in the centre of Enfield and close to an overground train station, bus routes and shops. We also have private parking onsite and lots of coffee shops to get that ‘pick me up’ cappuccino if you feel the need, although we do have our own kitchen, but you may need to make a coffee for all of us!

We are looking for a smart, caring, fun-loving person to work as a Recruitment Resourcer. This position is essential to our company success and, as a valued member of our team, you will be an integral part of that success. Your own ideas will always be welcomed as we are in this together to maintain the high quality standard for our business that we have maintained since the company started in 2008.

You may have already worked in recruitment and would like to enhance your career or you may have worked in another sector and be keen to change and progress. Full training will be given in the various areas of support we require. We are here to help the right person to develop!

We will offer you flexible working hours around your needs and also offer hybrid working where we are happy for you to work 2 or 3 days in situ in the office and 2 or 3 days at home!  You will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Write well structured adverts and ensure all live vacancies are advertised in various ways
  • Undertake searches on external job boards and utilise social media in order to headhunt candidates 
  • Networking with schools and candidates to source staff and gain regular referrals 
  • Pre vet and interview prospective candidates 
  • Complete all necessary paperwork for candidate registration and vetting 
  • Write personal profiles and marketing from candidate CVs to send to client schools 
  • Create excellent relationships with candidates and give them a brilliant candidate journey to secure a new role with LTS 
  • Be willing to learn to use our company CRM and ensure all data and candidate records are up to date 
  • Assist the sales team, where needed, to help with short term bookings throughout the day   
  • Be willing to talk to schools if needed and assist with any queries they may have 
  • Be willing to assist with general administration tasks to help the running of the office
