Every child deserves the best learning environment but finding the right support, or skilled staff, isn’t always easy. And that’s where we can help.
When it comes to finding SEND support, it is not just a case of ‘one size fits all’.
We know the issues involved in offering a strong educational structure. That’s why we only provide the very best candidates
– staff who understand the importance of ensuring every child reaches their potential. We have a rigorous interview process to find those candidates of the highest quality and proven expertise to work with the young people in our care.
We understand the challenges of SEND teaching and support, and our expertise in SEND over many years, has enabled us to help you develop your existing skills and expertise and help you advance your career. Our candidates are chosen with care – and benefit greatly from on-going support and training, even once we find your perfect placement.
We accept 25% of applicants that pass through our office, our strict vetting process and compliance measures produces the very best of SEND educational staff.
All our candidates that are interested in joining the LTS team will go through a detailed vetting set of questions, to establish how experienced they are and what specialisms they may have.
The LTS team will talk about placements with the candidates and give scenarios, to enable us to make the right fit for the individual students needs from ages EYFS – POST 16.
When a job is ready to be marketed it is given over to the SEND Recruiting team and a meeting takes place, a full brief is given over and the appropriate candidates are contacted.
The candidates are briefed in regard to the job, the specialism required, and the age of the student. Profiles are then sent over to the Client and trial interviews are set up.
Our checks include the following:
“As a specialist teaching assistant, who has always worked in mainstream schools, it was a refreshing change to join an agency which specifically matches my experience and knowledge. The recruitment process is very straight forward and you are given a warm welcome when you arrive at the office. The recruiters are friendly and professional and immediately put me at ease. Candidate care is excellent and there is always someone on hand to help deal with any queries or issues you may have. I can honestly say it has been a very positive experience for me and I wish I had joined sooner.”
